Who processes the data

The controller of the data from the form is the author of the project, Omid Naghavi. Contact: biuro@example.com (a demonstration address).

What we collect

From the form: your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the message, the flat the enquiry is about, the language of the page, and the date and version of your consent.

Automatically: a hash of your IP address (not the address itself), so we can limit how many enquiries come from one place and filter out robots.

Why

To answer your enquiry — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps before entering into a contract).

To protect the form from spam — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest).

How long

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after the case is closed. On this demonstration site the database is wiped every time the demo data is rebuilt.

Who we share it with

The data is visible to the people who work in the panel. The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure, which handles the traffic and protects the form (Turnstile). We do not sell data and we do not send it to advertisers.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to correct it, to have it deleted, to restrict processing, to object and to receive your data. You may also complain to the Polish data protection authority (PUODO).

You can withdraw your consent at any time — just write to the contact address.

Cookies

We use no advertising or analytics cookies and we do not track you across sites.

We use technical ones only: a session cookie for staff signed in to the panel, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a human is filling in the form.

A note about the project

This text was written for a demonstration. A real company should have such a document checked by a lawyer.
