Price transparency
Since 11 July 2025 developers in Poland must publish flat prices on their website and send them every day to a public dataset.
What we publish
- The price of every flat and its price per square metre.
- Every price change with its date, from the first day of sales.
- Prices of flats that have been sold or withdrawn.
- Prices of parking spaces, storage rooms and other extras.
The data file
Once a day we build a file with the whole offer and its prices — the same file goes to the dane.gov.pl portal.

This is a demonstration site, so the file holds invented data and is not sent to any authority.
Legal basis
The duty comes from the Polish act on transparency of flat prices. Failing to meet it carries a financial penalty.
